Internal · Concepts · v0.1 · April 2026

Concepts for the follow-along.

A working document. Content formats, partnership angles, product ideas, and operational assets for LongevityNetwork — in one place, in order of priority.

Private draft. Not indexed. Not linked from the homepage nav. Share the URL deliberately.
01 · Content formats — the moat

Formats nobody else in longevity is running.

Monthly · Substack + PDF

The Delta Report

Aggregated, anonymised biomarker deltas across the entire membership, published monthly. "This month: 23 members, average ApoB −18%, HbA1c −0.4, HRV +12ms." Function Health and Lifeforce can't publish this — they don't have a loop. We do.

High leverage · Low effort
Occasional · Substack

Protocol Autopsy

When an intervention doesn't work, we publish it. Radical transparency becomes an unfair advantage against US clinics that only show wins. Builds trust in the method faster than any testimonial.

Peptide Diaries

One member commits to a single peptide for twelve weeks and journals in the first person, daily. Ray comments on the data week by week. Raw N-of-one narrative, but honest — because the member is paying, not being paid.

Flagship format
Monthly · Members only → Podcast

Frontier Rounds

Grand Rounds for biohackers. Ray presents two anonymised cases; peers discuss. Members-only on Zoom, with highlights cut into a public podcast. Replicates the teaching format that made medical residency work — translated for self-directed adults.

Community · Retention
Repeatable asset · Video

The Arrival

Every new member gets a Day-One documentary: arrival in Forest City, clinic tour, baseline panel, first protocol. Standardised content asset. Doubles as onboarding and as marketing evergreen.

Evergreen · Onboarding
02 · Live & long-form

Building Frontier Medicine — the show.

Pilot

Ray's Story

Why Forest City, from Cleveland ICU to closed-loop medicine. Recut from the first interview.

Episode 02

Blood Draw Friday

Live draw on a consenting member. Walk-through of the panels, what each marker means, how we'll act on it.

Episode 03

CGM Roundtable

Four members, four metabolic profiles. Live comparison of glucose curves on the same meal.

Episode 04

Peptide 101

Ray explains BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-Cu. What, when, why — and what he won't prescribe.

Episode 05

Closed-Loop Case Study

Eight-week member arc. Before and after biomarkers. Every protocol change, documented.

Episode 06

Inside the Network

Site tours: Klinik 1 Hope, Forest City. ĀMANĪ, Kuala Lumpur. Partner interview with Dr. Jeffrey Chew.

Live specials

Members Q&A every other Thursday, sixty minutes, comments answered live. Protocol Night — Ray designs a live protocol for a single member on air.

03 · Substack cadence

Two posts a week. Forever.

Tuesday · Ray

The Protocol

One intervention. One data series. One conclusion. Twelve to eighteen hundred words. Charts from real member data, anonymised. Template: hypothesis, measurement, result, what we're doing next.

Friday · Mark

Forest City Dispatch

Shorter build log, six to nine hundred words. Three rotating formats: member story, operations update, partner news. Always with a photograph from the campus or the clinic.

First four weeks

The launch series

1. Why we are building a longevity clinic in a ghost city.
2. What fifty weekly blood panels taught us.
3. Peptides in Malaysia — the regulatory reality.
4. N-of-one medicine: the closed-loop method, explained.

04 · Partnerships & distribution

Audiences that already exist.

Cross-post

Network State Newsletter

A "Dispatch from Forest City" column, written by Mark, published in Balaji's orbit. Native audience match.

Challenge

Blueprint Member Exchange

Our members vs. Bryan Johnson's community. Identical biomarker challenge, six weeks, public data. Engineered controversy, legitimate science.

Guest circuit

Attia · Greenfield · Land

Ray as guest on the longevity podcast circuit. Forest City is a story hook no other guest has.

Cold outreach

Fifty high-agency DMs

Curated list of biohacker accounts that already mentioned Network School. Short video invite for a complimentary site visit.

05 · Products beyond membership

What else can we sell to the same person?

Short stay

Frontier Visit — five days

Non-resident package. Flight to JB, clinic tour, full panel, first peptide protocol, one day in KL at ĀMANĪ. Four to six thousand USD. Upsell funnel into annual membership.

Distance care

Remote Protocol

For members who cannot relocate. Quarterly in-person, mail-kit bloodwork between visits, Ray review on video. Opens the EU and US markets without visa friction.

Cohort

Founder Track

A specific cohort for tech founders and their partners. Extra high-touch. The peer-community effect does half the retention work.

Pilot study

Sleep Studium

Thirty members, eight weeks, sleep-protocol experiments. Partnered data with Whoop, Oura, or Eight Sleep. Published results. PR asset.

06 · Positioning refinements

Own the category.

Claim the name

Frontier Medicine

The phrase is strong but unclaimed. Secure frontiermedicine.com, clear trademark search, start a companion Substack publication under the name. Category ownership compounds.

Anti-hero

Named competitors, politely

Against Function Health: mass, pure data, no protocol. Against Lifeforce: telehealth, one-size. "We do what they won't — show up in person, every week." The contrast is the positioning.

Origin film

From Cleveland to Forest City

Three-minute Ray origin story. Crypto plus medicine plus Network School. Network-State-native narrative arc.

07 · Assets to build now

Concrete deliverables for the next thirty days.

Brand photoshoot — clinic, campus, Ray, Mark, members.
Founder video, sixty seconds, Ray plus Mark direct-to-camera.
Member testimonial reels — existing Feb-2026 quotes as fifteen-second video.
"Frontier Medicine Manifesto" PDF — eight to twelve pages, email-gated.
Open-source protocol library — anonymised, on GitHub.
Legal disclaimer pack for peptide-related content.
CRM setup with source-attribution tags on every lead.
Weekly content SOP — one draw, one explainer, one member voice, one B-roll.
Waitlist mechanic once demand exceeds supply.
Forest City Longevity Meetup — monthly, open, free. Funnel.
08 · Side projects that strengthen the core

Small bets that compound.

Monthly · Forest City

Longevity Meetup

Open, free, hosted by Mark. Low-friction entry into the world of LongevityNetwork. Best funnel we can run.

GitHub

Protocol Library

Anonymised protocols as an open repository. Signals seriousness. Attracts developer and researcher attention.

Annual flagship

Frontier Medicine Summit

Year one small — fifty people, Forest City — with Attia and Johnson on the wish-list. Uniquely on-location in the ghost city.

Podcast

The Frontier Brief

Ray interviews one peptide researcher, functional medicine clinician, or longevity operator every fortnight. Short format, forty minutes. Distribution asset.

09 · Metrics · Month 3 check-in

How we know it's working.

Substack: two thousand subscribers, thirty-five percent open rate.
YouTube: five hundred subscribers, one hundred average views per live.
Luma: two sold-out in-person events per month.
Membership applications attributed to content: ten or more per month.
Email list from Manifesto lead magnet: one thousand.
One guest appearance on a tier-one podcast (Attia, Huberman, Greenfield, Land).
